Welcome to Shard, the remnants of the world that came before. Over a milennium ago, the world was sundered in the Night of Fire. The refuges now cling to floating rock islands, sailing around the core of the planet, sustained by the mysterious new spellstone. From the fires of the Core to the frozen wastes of Outer Shard, mysteries still abound within the world of Shard.

Tides of Fate starts in Greenhill, on the island kingdom of Shayana. A ransacked temple to an unnamed deity of darkness has shown signs of being inhabited, and the call has gone out for adventures to save Greenhill from whatever lurks in the dark. Perhaps the darkness is not as empty as it always seemed.
